summer is coming to a close

it feels like summer just began and now i'm getting ready to go back to teach little kindergarteners . yes...for those who may not have heard, i will be going from 1st to k. maybe i'll like it, but i really didn't want to change grade levels yet. teachers start work on tuesday and then students come back the day after labor day. it's been a good summer though. the kims are doing well...we are happy and content as a family.


we took caleb to seal beach today and it was his first time on the swings...he enjoyed it a lot...but not for too long...just long enough for us to get some good shots.

jun, caleb, and i will end with very happy notes...two people recently got engaged :) congratulations to kimbs engaged to nathaniel and christine chen engaged to danny :) yay! the day has finally come and we are so happy for both of you guys!
